Iron Pulse Fitness is a strength and conditioning gym in Doha. We pair a fully-equipped free-weight floor with functional zones and coached classes, so every member trains with structure — beginner to barbell veteran.

Two floors of equipment and open space — built for lifting, conditioning and recovery.
Strength floor. Competition racks, Olympic platforms, dumbbells to 60kg and dedicated deadlift stations.
Functional zone. Turf lane, sleds, kettlebells, rigs and assault bikes for conditioning and circuits.
Recovery corner. Stretch mats, foam rollers and a quiet space to cool down after a session.
Coached classes
Group sessions run daily across the week. Class schedules and spots are managed in our booking app.
